knowledge, they helped my wife and I sort out the pros and cons of any decision of our house. Although we were always able to make the decision we wanted, we found ourselves always looking for their opinions so we could build the best house possible for our budget.
We love our master bathroom! The creative ideas Spradling Homes had to implement into our design made an ordinary bathroom into a spa! Who knows I will ever see my wife again! Also we just love the layout of the house. With a very open floor plan, they were able to help us design a home with plenty of natural light, high ceiling, and plenty of space to entertain guests if we want to, not to mention have a large family in the future. The high roof lines makes the house not only look larger, but also throws out the idea of having the "cookie cutter" home you see in so many neighborhoods.
We are currently half way in our building process with Spradling Homes, and so far it's been easier than anyone said it would be. Spradling Homes take their own passion combined with yours, and put in into their work. This makes it a no worry scenario for us. Spradling Homes keeps us up to date on budget, the building process along the way, and each specific decision we need to make; making our effort minimal so we can concentrate on life instead of looking over someone's shoulder all the time. Thanks to Spradling Homes I feel like my custom home building project was handled with the utmost professionalism. The home building process overall was a very pleasurable experience.
